We should pay attention on our nutrition values when we hunt. It should be properly cooked, baked or boiled and not fried. Meals should be of high nutritional value rich in starch and protein like potatoes, rice, pasta and fish or meat with no fat. That will give us the strength we need for our diving. We should always make sure that every meal should be at least 4 hours before diving. A handful of salt-free nuts like almonds or hazelnuts before going underwater will give a boost in energy. No alcohol at least 12 hours before diving and of course, we need to be well rested before each hunting session.
